Frequently asked questions
What exactly is different if I register through SEOLA?
Four things. We file the congress registration for you – the English-only system, the proof-of-status documents, the international transfer and the receipt all end on our side of the desk. You get the group rate, which applies from ten people. Three SEOLA Academy days are added either side of the congress, with a certificate issued by SEOLA. And from arrival to departure the interpreting, the transport and the hotel are held by one team.
What will I actually see at the congress?
Seven tracks run in parallel across three days. The published sessions alone cover fillers and toxins, lasers and energy-based devices, pigment and scars, regenerative medicine, exosomes, dermatologic surgery and clinical dermatology – and sessions like K-Aesthetics, which take Korean practice head on, run on all three days. One registration admits you to every track, so you can decide where to sit on the morning itself.
Do I need English or Korean?
Interpreting on site is in Spanish. It travels with the group on three days – arrival, the first academy day and the closing ceremony – and course material is provided in Spanish and Portuguese. The congress sessions themselves are in English; our interpreters are with you for the academy, the clinic visits, the transfers and the meals.
What certificates do I come home with?
Two. The congress issues its own certificate of attendance, included in the registration fee. Separately, completing the three SEOLA Academy modules earns a certificate issued by SEOLA, handed over on the last day.
How is the SEOLA Academy different from the congress?
The congress is three days of sitting in a lecture hall. The academy is ours, and it sits either side of that: three modules, with demonstrations, hands-on work and procedures observed at partner clinics. We ran a four-day programme of exactly this shape in Seoul in 2025, and the certificates were handed over on the last day there too.
Are flights and accommodation included?
International flights are not. Accommodation and the transport inside the official programme are, along with the airport welcome and the hotel check-in. The detail is published together with the prices.
When do I have to decide by?
Online registration for the congress closes on 2 December. Group registration needs longer – names to collect, paperwork to move between us and the secretariat, a transfer to clear – so we close well before that. The SEOLA deadline is announced once it is set.
